YES Capital (India) Pvt Ltd is a private limited company by constitution and is registered by Reserve Bank of India as a non-deposit taking, systemically important Core Investment Company (CIC-ND-SI) bearing registration number N-13.02253 dated 5th June 2018. As a CIC-ND-SI, YCPL’s core business is to make investments in its underlying businesses primarily in financial services domain through a network of sub-holding companies and operating businesses.
As a CIC-ND-SI, YCPL needs funds as its basic raw material, which can be brought in to company by way of a) shareholder’s funds as equity and sub-debt funds and b) as Term Loans from commercial banks and / or capital markets. YCPL is presently funded through promoter equity and sub-debt. The same has been used to invest in its underlying businesses.
