Innate entrepreneurial spirit, professional drive and a positive outlook towards life are a few attributes which aptly describe Roshini Kapoor, founding member - The Three Sisters: Institutional Office (TTS:IO - a ‘new age’ strategic incubator) and YES Capital (India) Private Limited, a Mumbai based financial services holding company (under the broader umbrella of TTS:IO) primarily into making strategic investments in new-age, tech-led, scalable and innovative financial businesses.

A forward thinking and adept person, Roshini is committed to creating and fostering new startup ventures, driven by innovation and creativity with an Owner-Manager-Partner ethos and establishing synergies between various ventures under TTS:IO and ART Capital group platform.

Roshini is a management professional with a Masters in Management Studies from London Business School (2015-2016), and Bachelors of Science in Business Management from University of Warwick, Warwick Business School (2012-2015), UK. Her schooling was from Cathedral and John Cannon and J.B. Petit School for Girls.

On a personal front, Roshini is an avid traveller, with Basketball (Interschool Team Captain), Scuba Diving, Golf, Tennis and Swimming being her favourite sports.

Radha Kapoor Khanna

Creative entrepreneur, design thinker and innovation evangelist, are some of the titles that aptly define Radha Kapoor Khanna – Founder, The Three Sisters: Institutional Office [TTS:IO] and Yes Capital (India) Private Limited, a creative, future-focused organization that incubates and makes strategic investments in new-age businesses in India. A firm believer that ‘make in India’ must follow ‘design in India’, Radha is passionate about connecting the dots between design, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship - which she calls The DICE Effect.

Within a span of 5 years, Radha has incubated and invested into diverse businesses ranging from education to sports and from media & entertainment to retail to name a few. Being a right brained person, and having an eye for aesthetics and design from her early days, Radha pursued a degree in fine arts majoring in Communication Design at the Parsons School of Design New York.

Raakhe Kapoor Tandon

Raakhe Kapoor Tandon from New Delhi, India is the The Three Sisters: Institutional Office [TTS:IO] and Yes Capital (India) Private Limited, a financial services holding company. Raakhe’s career mission is to evolve as an independent Financial Entrepreneur and to build comprehensive organisations driven by innovation, creativity, finest quality human capital with an Owner- Manager-Partner entrepreneurial ethos. Under ART Capital, Raakhe has founded two ventures—ART Housing Finance (India) Ltd, a company that is engaged in providing long-term mortgage finance to retail customers, and Rural Agri Ventures India Pvt. Ltd, an incubation/project development firm focussed on verticals in the rural and agricultural domain.

Raakhe has completed an MBA with a major in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (2007-2009), in Philadelphia, USA. Raakhe was one of three undergraduate students who were selected to matriculate into the MBA program directly from the under-graduate program. She also received a Bachelor of Science in Economics diploma with concentrations in Finance and Management from The Wharton School, UPENN (2004-2008).

Previously, Raakhe has been involved in several internships in Investment Banking including at Goldman Sachs (Summer 2008) in Mumbai, India. Prior to that, Raakhe spent the previous two summers with JP Morgan in New York (Summer 2007), and Mumbai (Summer 2006). She also worked with Merrill Lynch in the summer of 2005.

Overall, from her work experience and academic background, Raakhe has imbibed extensive learning in finance, management and entrepreneurial leadership.
